Is your jewellery made in N.Z?
yes, we make all our jewellery in house in our Parapara and Nelson Jewellery workshops. We strive to use N.Z companies as much as possible.
Are you accredited as N.Z made?
Yes we are accredited to use the Buy NZ logo with our products.
Do you use a courier for online shopping deliveries?
We use NZPost courier for overnight deliveries nationwide. You are supplied with a Tracking code when we send your order.
Do you ship International?
Yes, we mail and courier to all countries worldwide.
Do you exchange Jewellery purchased from your online store?
Yes, we will exchange just in case you decide to change your mind. Please contact us via email and return the goods in original condition a.s.a.p. We will exchange if you contact us within 30 days from purchase. Please note the jewellery must be unworn and in original condition. So yes please try it on, but if you want to exchange, please try not wear the jewellery. We will exchange new items only.
Do you refund for goods purchased from the RedManuka online jewellery store?
Unfortunately we do not refund purchased items, but we will give you a credit or exchange for another piece of jewellery
