Returns
We will happily EXCHANGE any items purchased or issue you with an equivalent value GIFTCARD (minus shipping cost) if for any reason your purchase is unsuitable. Sorry but we do not issue refunds.
We will EXCHANGE the item or give you an equivalent CREDIT GIFTCARD with an open expiry date.
Our policy lasts 14 days. (You must contact us within 7 days of receipt). If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. If international, we can arrange a time extension to return the item but please contact us within seven days of receipt.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please be careful not to scratch the jewellery as a repolish fee will apply if slight marking or we will reject the exchange if it is obviously worn.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase so please quote the order number.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If an acceptable return we will email you a notification, and issue you with a GIFTCARD to the value of the purchase minus shipping.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable signature required shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. However we have never lost a parcel but it is best to use a tracked signature required courier pack.
