We offer a full exchange for online purchases. 

Please return goods in original condition and we will exchange to equivalent value or issue a gift voucher to the purchase value. 

Please note, goods returned must be in original condition or a restocking fee may apply if we have to repolish ect. The best advice is to please not wear the piece you wish to exchange and to email us a.s.a.p to organise the exchange.  

Sorry we do not offer refunds so please be sure of your purchase.
We will exchange the item or give you an equivalent credit.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange/credit.

 Please note that according to the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, we do not have to give you a refund if you change your mind or just did not like the goods or they did not suit you, so please choose carefully. If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumers Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable signature required shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. However we have never lost a parcel but it is best to use a tracked signature required courier pack.
