If you are travelling from Nelson the road to Golden Bay will take you over the picturesque Takaka hill with its marble outcrops and majestic views over the Abel Tasman National Park. As you come over the summit you will have views up into the Cobb area of the Kahurangi National Park. Travelling up the forever green Takaka valley with its occasional stands of Golden Totara you will arrive in the busy Takaka township. Heading west towards Collingwood you pass the sweeping panorama of Farewell Spit from the Golden Bay Lookout . The Mussell Inn will loom up on your left as you pass through Onekaka. After Tukurua you will arrive at the Parapara inlet where our signs on your left before the inlet causeway will direct you up the Parapara Valley road to the base of Mt Rinopai. Following our signs will take you up the hill to our Studio Gallery nestled on the edge of the Kahurangi National Park.
